Custom Arrangements
Custom arrangements are created specifically for your order based on your preferences and requirements. Due to their personalized nature, custom arrangements are generally not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue or error on our part.

Please note that due to the perishable nature of flowers, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds. We cannot accept returns for arrangements that have been properly delivered and have naturally aged or wilted after their expected lifespan.
